The Government of Republic of Angola has received a loan from the African Development Bank, ADF, in various currencies towards the cost of Financial Management Support Project - PAGEF. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to contract a firm to undertake a Survey of the Public Properties, for the DNPE (Direcção Nacional do Património do Estado). The services shall be provided in Luanda.

The DNPE intends to carry out a survey of the public properties in order to ensure the orderly and systematic identification of the public property and to grant that the location and extent of rights in public property are properly described in legal documents and demarcate in the ground. The objective of this contract is to consolidate the data already collected by DNPE, and to carry out the survey of the public property from the public domain. The technical assistance shall undertake the physical survey of the public properties that integrate the private and public domain of the State, and that are part of the survey prepared by the public departments and registered in the database. The survey will cover 33 Ministries including their public Enterprises. It shall include, for example, buildings classified by the Ministry of Culture, natural parks and reserves, ports, airports, roads, dams, school, hospitals, etc. The work of the consultant team will be developed during a period of 4 months.

The Ministry of Finance now invites qualified Consultants/Firms to indicate their interest in providing these services.
