 Sealed Quotations are invited from the registered Software Developer firm/authorized suppliers/agency for procurement and training of Software for our Water projects.Tendersontime, a leading business leading Tender Notice Portals is the first agency to report this notification.

Interested bidder(s) may participate in the bidding process by sending his Quotation in a single big size envelope containing all relevant document including price bid in a separate envelop duly sealed and super scribed as -Quotation for Supply of Bentley's WaterGEMS Software for Water project addressed to Director, Pranjal, 17, Patliputra Industrial Area, Patna- 13. The sealed quotation should reach the office on or before 25.10.2016 by 3:00 p.m. through Courier/Registered Post/Speed Post/by hand only. The quotations shall be opened on the same day i.e. 25.10.2016 at 3:30 p.m. by the undersigned, in the presence of the quotationers or their authorized representative. The technical specification of the software are as under

Technical Specification

 The interested firm/suppliers/agency will have to submit the quotation in two separate envelops named Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Both envelops should be kept n anothe single envelope subscribed as Quotation for procurement, installation annual Bentley's Water GEMS subscription and training of Bentley's Water GEMS software.

Eligibility Criteria:-The firm should have experience in supply of software in India and have their office in India.

Technical Bid Envelope 'A'

Interested bidders must enclose the following credentials in the technical bid Envelope.

1.Copy of VAT Registration Certificate by the concerned Commercial Tax Dept.

2.Copy of PAN Card.

3.Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs Ten Thousand) only as security refundable in favour of "Pranjal" Payable at Patna.

4.Experience certificate of supply of same type of software in govt./semi govt. Organization.

5.Copy of Service tax registration certification.

6.Successful bidder will have deposit a 2% agreement value as security money.

7.The bidder shall furnish a currently issued (in original, after the date of issuing this tender) notarized affidavit of non-blacklisting (by any Govt. / Private institution) certificate containing a declaration to the effect of non-pendency of vigilance /CBI / CID/Police case against it (firm/owner).

Financial Bid, marked as Envelope 'B'

Financial bid should be given in the format marked as Technical Specifications containing all items.

Terms & Conditions:

1.Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes, carriage charges, installation etc. all complete.

2.All statutory deduction viz. T.D.S., VAT etc. shall be deducted as applicable on the payable amount.

3.The Court of Patna Town will have exclusive jurisdictbn to adjudicate any dispute wising under or in connection with this quotation.

4.Supplier should be self Developer/ Authorized to supply Bentley's Water GEMS Software.

5.Delivery & installation must be completed within 2 weeks of award of the order.

6.The supplier will have to impart training to the officers nominated by the Deptt. free of cost after installation of software.
