Tenders are invited for Works of Conducting a Pastoral Drilling (Solar Energy + Castle and Two Waterers) in Djohong in the Commune of Djohong, Department of Mbere, Region of Adamaoua. Fiscal Year 2020.

1. Object
Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget (BIP) of the financial year 2020. the Mayor of the Municipality of Djohong, Contracting Authority, launches on behalf of the Municipality of Djohong, an Open National Tender, relating to the works carrying out a pastoral drilling (solar energy + castle and two drinkers) in Djohong in the Municipality of Djohong, Department of Mbéré, Adamawa Region.

2. Consistency of the services
The works, subject of this Invitation to Tender, include:
- study and geophysical implantation;
- drilling in sedimentary soils and basement areas;
- drilling equipment made up of full and strained casings, the hoof, calibrated gravel, geotextile in sedimentary areas, clay plug, all-round, head cementing;
- related operations (blowing and development with air lift, pumping tests, disinfection);

5. Participation and origin
Participation in this Invitation to Tender is restricted to pre-qualified Cameroonian companies with proven experience in the field of hydraulics for projects of the same scope.

6. Financing
The works, subject of this Invitation to Tender are financed by the BIP for the 2020 financial year on the following budget allocation line:
20, 000, 000 F.CFA

7. Consultation of the file
The File can be consulted during working hours at Djohong City Hall, Procurement Service, upon publication of this Notice.

8. Acquisition of the file
The Tender File can be obtained from the Djohong City Hall, Procurement Service, upon publication of this Notice against the payment of a non-refundable amount of Forty Thousand (40, 000) CFA francs payable to the Municipal Revenue from Djohong.

SITE VISIT
The site visit, to be carried out after the purchase of the tender dossier, will give rise to the production of a certificate signed jointly by the Bidder and the State Engineer, to be included in his offer.

9. Submission of tenders
Each offer written in French or in English in six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such, must reach the Town Hall of Djohong, Procurement Service, no later than March 18, 2020 at 1 p.m. and must be marked:

10. Admissibility of tenders
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list appears in Exhibit 12 of the CAD and in the amount of four hundred and forty Thousand (440 000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days after the deadline for submission of tenders.
On pain of rejection of the offer, the other required administrative documents (valid) must imperatively be produced in originals and certified copies by the issuing service, in accordance with the stipulations of the Special Regulations of the Invitation to Tender.
