Tenders are invited for Works to Carry out Eight (08) Positive High-Flow Boreholes in the Four (4) Centers

Works for the Construction of Eight (08) Positive High-Flow Boreholes in the Four (4) Urban Centers of Adeta, Afagnan, Djarkpanga and Kougnohou in Togo / Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Four Urban Centers Capitals of Prefectures in Togo
The Purpose of this Call for Tenders is:
· the Realization of a Study of Hydrogeological Investigation and Geophysical Prospecting for Eight (8) Sites including One for each of the Urban Centers of Afagnan, AdéTa, Kougnohou and Five (5) for Djarkpanga;
· Carrying out Blowing and Pumping Tests in Stages and over a Long Period to Confirm the Flow Rate of an Existing Borehole in AdéTa;
· the Realization of Eight (08) Productive Boreholes including Seven (7) High Flow in the Base and One (01) in the Sedimentary (Operating Flow ≥ 10 m3/H in the Base and ≥ 80 m3/H in the Sedimentary ), and Which will be Equipped with Operating Boreholes for Drinking Water Supply Systems;
· Hydraulic Fracturing of Insufficiently Productive Boreholes in the Bedrock (Flow Less than 10 m3/H);
· the Realization of Logging (Ps, Gr and Resistivity) on the Sedimentary Drilling of the Urban Center of Afagnan;
· the Realization of the Development and Pumping Tests in Stages and Long Duration on the Eight (08) Boreholes Deemed Productive;
· the Realization of a Camera Auscultation on the Eight (8) Boreholes to Ensure that They are Equipped According to the Rules of the Art;
· the Closure of the Boreholes with a Padlocked Metal Cover.
Bids must include a bid bank guarantee, for an amount equal to: twelve million (12, 000, 000) CFA Francs . Bid guarantees from microfinance institutions or insurance companies will be rejected (see model provided in the file).

9. Candidates will remain committed by their offers for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submitting offers as specified in point 19.1 of the IC and the DPAO.
