Tenders are invited for Work to Replace Damaged Wooden Poles with Concrete Supports on the Siliyegue-Dong Mang Single-Phase Electricity Transmission Line Bondjock Arrondissement, Nyong and Kelle Department, under Emergency Procedure.
The work includes in particular:

- The construction of the combined MV mono 1x34mm² network using ALMELEC 34 MM² cable;

- Miscellaneous services;
The National Open Call for Tenders file can be obtained from the Town Hall of the commune of Bondjock as soon as this Notice is published, against presentation of a payment receipt from the Municipal Collector of BONDJOCK for a non-refundable amount of fifty thousand (50, 000 F) CFA francs for the cost of purchasing the file. When withdrawing the file, tenderers must, obligatorily, register by leaving their full address: post office box, telephone, fax, e-mail .
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional guarantee issued by a first-class banking establishment or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, the amount of which is fixed at 600, 000F (six hundred thousand Francs) CFA; and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original bid validity date. Under penalty of rejection, the provisional guarantee must imperatively be produced in the original dating from at most three (03) months. The provisional guarantee will be released fifteen (15) days after the publication of the results and at the latest thirty (30) days after the period of validity of the tenders for the tenderers who have not been selected. For the tenderer awarded the contract, the provisional guarantee will be released after constitution of the definitive guarantee.
