Wide area networks The service includes the provision and operation of private transport networks for TV signal delivery, live video streaming, time synchronization and general file and data synchronization and monitoring between the two Playout centers (POCs) of the Open Channels (OKs) in Rhineland-Palatinate as well as Vodafone GmbH (Vodafone), Deutsche Telekom AG (Telekom) and Zattoo Deutschland GmbH (Zattoo) for the distribution of TV programs to their customers, hereinafter referred to as platform operator. The TV signals from 8 OK programs are taken over in the two OK POCs in Trier (POC West) and Ludwigshafen (POC East) with 4 programs each (up to 8 programs per POC in the event of an accident). The network coupling and thus the The signals are handed over to the platform operators at their central broadband PoPs in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin or Munich.
