REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR A VEHICLE

FHI 360 serves more than 60 countries, all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories.

As part of the implementation of its “Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) funded by USAID as part of the U.S. President`s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) announces an expression of interest for the acquisition of one American 4x4 station wagon vehicle meeting the technical specifications outlined below. While American vehicles are preferred, applications for equivalent non-American vehicles will be reviewed that meet the specifications below. Note that we are a USAID-funded project and so we are GST exempted.

SOURCE AND NATIONALITY INFORMATION

FHI 360 EpiC reserves the right to request an original certificate of source for any item being supplied under this RFQ.

No item must be provided from a prohibited source and must be available in country at the time of sale. Otherwise, the contract will be considered null and void.

SUBMISSION OF REQUEST FOR QUOTE:

Bidders are requested to submit proposals with the cost in US Dollars, signed by authorized representative of the bidding company. The quote solicitation should include: 1. Payment Terms; 2. Standard Delivery lead time - 30 days;

3. Quote Quotation Validity - 6 months; and addressed to: EpiC-Liberia@fhi360.org All documents required by this RFQ must be received at the above designated location NOT LATER THAN 2:30pm on December 4, 2020.
