Tenders are invited for Time-to-Point Works on Coated Inter-Urban Roads in the Republic of Cote D`ivoire.

A. Notice of Invitation to Tender (AAO)

MINISTRY OF ROAD EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE
POINT-TO-TIME WORKS ON INTER-URBAN ROADS COATED IN THE REPUBLIC OF IVORY COAST

1. The Ministry of Equipment and `Interview Routier obtained funds under the sovereign loan n ° CCI1596 01 R passed between France and the Ivory Coast and managed, on the French side, by the French Development Agency (AFD), in order to finance the project rehabilitation of the Bouaké-Ferkessédougou road and priority road maintenance interventions, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the point-to-time works contract on interurban roads coated in the Republic of Ivory Coast, subject of this invitation to tender number T79 / 2020.
2. The Road Management Agency acting on behalf of the Ministry of Equipment and Road Maintenance requests closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to carry out the work in three (03) following lots:
The works essentially include, the reinforcement or reconstruction of the different road layers, localized repairs to the surfacing, cleaning, recalibration, rehabilitation, or the creation of ditches and drainage works (gutters, scuppers, nozzles etc.) and the treatment of critical points. The different lots are as follows:

3. The procurement will be conducted by open call for tenders as defined in the Code of public contracts Article 56, and open to all eligible Candidates. The conditions of eligibility for AFD funding are specified in the Procurement Directives available on the website www.afd.fr.

5. The qualification requirements are:
- have achieved an average annual turnover in the last (05) years (2015-2019 or 2016-2020) from commercial activities in the amount of:

6. Applicants can consult for free or withdraw the Tender Dossier at the above-mentioned address against a non-refundable payment of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA Francs. The payment method will be in cash or by check.
7. Tenders must be submitted to the address N ° 1 below indicated at the latest on 04/05/2020 at 10 am, accompanied by the electronic version on a usb key of the financial offer. Applicants will remain bound by their offer for a period of one hundred and twenty days (120) days from the deadline for submission of offers.
9. As soon as the award decision for the contract (s) has been validated, the Contracting Authority will publish the award decision in the Official Bulletin of Public Contracts and by posting it on its premises. at the disposal of the Candidates, the analysis report of the Bid Opening and Bid Judgment Commission, having guided the said allocation to the address N ° 1 below indicated.
10. The contracts resulting from this invitation to tender will be subject to the formalities of stamps and registration and regulatory fees (rate: 0.5% of the amount excluding market taxes) at the expense of the Holders.
