The primary objective is to design, deploy, and operationalize a multi-channel feedback intake system that captures feedback from Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and KoboCollect, consolidating submissions into a centralized database. The system will distinguish sensitive feedback from normal feedback, support anonymous submissions, and provide a smart moderator dashboard for managing feedback cases. The consultant will also produce a costed Phase 2 architecture and integration plan for a USSD shortcode to be added later.
