The UNDP Rwanda invites qualified engineering firms or consortia to submit proposals for consultancy services to undertake a technical assessment, preliminary costing, and preparation of procurement documentation for safety and security upgrades at the UNDP Rwanda Country Office compound in Kigali. The assignment includes assessing vehicular and emergency access arrangements, fire safety and fire-protection infrastructure, CCTV and access-control systems, lightning protection, and other safety and security measures.
