The subject of the tender is the technical, strategic and organizational support of the client in the operationalization of the existing IT strategy. The service includes the further development, specification and organizational anchoring of Mechanisms for the effective and prioritized implementation of the AG's strategic guidelines. The contractor's work is based on the client's valid IT strategy and the fields of action defined therein (including architecture, infrastructure, applications, Security & Compliance, Data, Organization & Governance, Sourcing, Digitalization). For this purpose, the contractor provides a combined conception, analysis, moderation, qualification and documentation service with the aim, together with the client: • to concretize strategic target images and guidelines, • to develop methodological, organizational and governance models, • to derive prioritized measures and roadmaps, • to develop decision-making and evaluation logics, • and thus the organization enable you to independently continue essential elements of operationalization. The aim of the assignment is to transform the existing IT strategy into a • implementable, • prioritizable, • organizationally anchored • and continuous one sustainable transformation logic. The order serves to create a resilient foundation that enables the AG to implement its strategic goals systematically, efficiently and in a sustainable manner.
