Dans le cadre des activités du Programme d’Urgence de Développement Communautaire (PUDC) volet énergie, il est prévu l’installation des lampadaires solaires dans les localités aussi bien urbaines que rurales du Togo. Le PNUD sollicite des propositions de cabinets pour réaliser les études topographiques et définir le tracé d’implantation desdits lampadaires.
