THE RECRUITMENT OF A COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR TEN-YEAR VISIT WORK AND THE SALING OF CIGARS I AND II AT THE MAROUA LPG FILLER CENTER Source of funding Download the original part Download the DAO 1Context New(Addendum) Services, purpose of this Notice of Request for Expressions of Interest, may notably include, without limitation: - the preparatory work and the security of the intervention area; - the consignment and decommissioning of GPL I and II cigars, in accordance with current safety procedures;- degassing operations, internal cleaning and preparation of tanks for inspection;- internal and external visual inspections of cigars and their accessories;- non-destructive checks (thickness measurement by ultrasonic, dye penetrant, magnetic particle inspection or any other appropriate check); - control of the state of corrosion, welds, bottoms, connections and supports of the tanks; - inspection, control and, where applicable, testing of safety accessories, in particular valves, pressure gauges, level gauges and other associated equipment; - regulatory tests required as part of the ten-yearly inspection, in particular the tests hydraulics or any other test prescribed by the applicable regulations; - repair work possibly necessary to meet regulatory requirements before the equipment is put back into service; - operations of grading of cigars I and II in accordance with the standards and procedures in force;- the establishment or updating of tank grading tables;- the provision of certificates, test reports, inspection reports and any other regulatory document required for the re-operation of cigars;- the re-commissioning of equipment after validation of the results of controls and tests;- all other...
