The purpose of this contract is to provide specialized technical accounting services for the operational execution of the accounting, budgetary and financial routines of the Municipal Council of Bela Vista/MS, including the carrying out of releases of acts and administrative facts, keeping mandatory books, issuing commitments, settlements and payment orders, bank reconciliation, payroll processing in the accounting system, in addition to the systematic feeding of data and sending of remittances periodic reports to the Court of Auditors of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (TCE-MS) via the e-SFINGE system, in strict accordance with current legislation, in particular Law No. 4, 320/64, Complementary Law No. 101/2000 (Fiscal Responsibility Law), Law No. 14, 133/2021 (New Law on Tenders and Administrative Contracts) and other rules applicable to public administration, as well as the determinations of the Court of Auditors of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (TCE-MS).
