THE OBJECT OF THIS CONTRACT INSTRUMENT IS THE HIRING OF A SPECIALIZED COMPANY FOR RENTAL OF BROTHER DCP-L2540DW PRINTERS, INCLUDING PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT OF PARTS AND OTHER SERVICES NECESSARY FOR THE FULL FUNCTIONING OF THE EQUIPMENT, WITH THE AIM TO MEET TO DEMANDS OF THE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES OF THE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE SECRETARIAT OF THIS MUNICIPALITY, FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR MONTHS, COMPRISING SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER OF THE CURRENT YEAR, MAY BE CONTRACTED BY EXEMPTION FROM BIDDING UNDER THE TERMS OF ARTICLE 75, ITEM II, OF LAW No. 14, 133/2021.
