The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) is seeking to recruit a qualified ICT cybersecurity consultant to conduct a comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test (VAPT) on its entire ICT infrastructure, applications, networks, and systems. The purpose of this mission is to identify security vulnerabilities, assess the effectiveness of existing security controls, and provide recommendations to strengthen the cybersecurity posture of the EBID in preparation for ISO 27001:2022 certification. The consultant will help define the scope of SGSI certification, develop a RACI matrix, conduct vulnerability assessments, perform intrusion tests, evaluate security levels, assess compliance with ISO standards, and provide technical reports and recommendations.
