The African Development Bank (AfDB) is seeking a Junior Consultant to coordinate studies for the Digital Value Chain Infrastructure for Boosting Employment (D-VIBE) project, also known as Project BRIDGE. This project aims to expand Nigeria's fiber backbone from 35, 000 km to 125, 000 km, addressing infrastructure shortfalls and extending coverage to underserved areas. The consultant will also assist in reporting to the Government of Nigeria and engage with development partners and private sector actors.
