Object of the contract
The tasks of the system include the production of multifilament yarns for the whole range of melt-spinnable polymers with reproducible properties. Flexibility in the exchange of materials must be given mandatory. This concerns especially the Erspinnung of fiber materials, such as polypropylene (PP ), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and the production of polyamide 6 and 6th6 (PA 6, PA 6.6), and polyetheretherketone (PEEK ), but also lignins. The Erspinnung of corrosive polymers such as polyvinylidene fluoride ( PVDF) and polytetrafluoroethylene ( PTFE) and the production of monofilaments is appropriate for modular expansion or modification possible sein.Die bicomponent spunbond plant has a twin extruder system, two spinning pumps, a suitable spinning head, a cooling channel, an expanded field with heated godets and a winder included and ent- speak in their dimensioning of a laboratory system, so as to obtain in a clear way of working material quantities that are sufficient for making meaningful demonstrators. For research tasks a very high variability, flexibility and modularity of the system in manyWays required. This concerns the erspinnbare amount, ie, it must be possible to process large and small quantities. This can be based on test trials up to z. T. large-scale demonstrator thermoplastic high-tech fibers that develop such. As for intel ligent materials and structures as well as for Bioengineering. On the other hand, the individual modules mustinterchangeable, and the system to be expanded as more modules. Thus, further research fields are technically feasible system. Furthermore, it is important for research purposes that a wide range of melt-spinnable fibers is processed on the bi-component spunbond equipment. This allows for tailored polymeric fiber materials with specifically for the particular applica-case of use defined properties, among others, the incorporation of functional nanoparticles generieren.Die spin modules are seated on a steel frame. The variability of the entire system must be ensured by the modular operation of the individual components. The individual modules are to be operated outside the plant, which implement through an open control system ist. The spinning head should be designed and accessible that in case of subsequent modification of the spin packets Lumenbildner ( realization of hollow fibers) and supplying additional threads will be added to the melt coating.
