Remarks: 07. No tender without 153395/- (Bid Security) for the tender will be considered. The bidders should deposit bid security Rs. 153395/- as shown against the work in shape of call deposit/pay order in favour of the RE(M) TPS, Jamshoro. The call deposit/pay order should upload along with offered bid on EPAD beside this and the original call deposit/Pay order must be provide to tender opening committee before closing time of tender. The bid will not be considered without original call deposit/pay order and it should be deposited before closing time of tender. 08. The BOQ prepared in the light of labour and Human Resource Department Karachi Letter vide No. SO(L-II)/13-3/2016-II Dated.17th August, 2026 regarding min wages of Highly Skilled @ Rs. 2139.46, Skilled @ Rs. 2051.92, Semi Skilled @ Rs. 1710.92 and Un-Skilled @ Rs. 1654/- Per day per Person for 8 working hours. Hence the Bidder must quote the Bid which must be covered the Minimum Wages of Labour of the said notification also cover the Applicable Taxes (i.e income Tax etc). Any violation of aforementioned condition shall leads disqualification / Rejection of the Bid
