Telephone information for public transport in Saxony-Anhalt 2027 NASA GmbH intends to reassign the telephone directory assistance service from August 1st, 2027 with a minimum term of four years and five months as well as an option to extend the contract by two years. The performance includes 2 work packages. AP 1: Telephone services The telephone information about public transport services is primarily intended for the state of Saxony-Anhalt and covers the following topics: 1. Timetable information (primarily for local transport: bus, Trams, local trains, flexible forms of operation) in Saxony-Anhalt; for public transport crossing national borders according to the INSA information; to travel time forecasts; to nationwide rail transport. 2. Information about fares and tariff regulations: DTV, special tickets and community tariffs for buses and trains in Saxony-Anhalt, including: MDV tariff, marego tariff, student holiday ticket, Saxony-Anhalt ticket, Hopper ticket and others. 3. Information on conditions of carriage of local railway companies in Saxony-Anhalt. 4. Information about special transport; Public transport strikes and events 5. Support for the functionalities of the individual INSA apps 6. Acceptance and processing of bookings for flexible forms of operation in public transport (on-call bus orders). 7.
