Request for proposals are invited for Technical Support and Management for the Construction of frd3 Cell 5 at Orapa Mine
The purpose of the scope Is to:

a) Ensure provision of competent team to supervise construction works at FRD3 Cell 5 for a period of 15 months

b) Ensure provision of relevant resources to enable the team to execute the works

c) Ensure compliance to Debswana SHE Policy Standards

Scope of Services

Debswana OLDM is embarking on the Construction of FRD 3 Cell 5 and Associated works at Orapa Mine. The undertaking

involves the construction of Cel 15 Dam and Associated works. Contract Labour Services are sought at Orapa Letlhakane

and Damtshaa Mines. The service is sought to provide Project Management Support to the Project Management

Office as part of the Owners Team to execute the FRD 3 Cell 5 Construction and Associated works at Orapa Mine. The

resources are to be seconded to Debswana and would be integrated into the Project Management Office structure. The

Employer reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of seconded resources on site. The employer would give

a one (1) month Notice when demanding decrease or increase of resources.

d) Project Quantity Surveyor
