Tenders are invited for Support for Trainers in the Deployment of Cap Standards in Automotive Maintenance - Congo Brazzaville
The IECD is looking for pedagogical expertise to support the trainers in automobile mechanics of the Don Bosco Center in the deployment of the CAP reference systems in automobile maintenance by creating the necessary pedagogical tools. The consultant's missions will revolve around the following axes:
1/ Remote preparatory work with the Centre's trainers:
has. Read the automotive maintenance CAP standards with the trainers to facilitate their understanding and use; b. Analyze the certification reference system and formulate recommendations in accordance with the APC methodology:
· Improvement of the evaluation grids of the professional modules with the addition of success criteria allowing to situate the candidate's performance;
· Design of descriptive sheets of student skills assessment situations for each professional module and preparation of examples of assessment situations
2/ Participation in a field mission in Congo: a. Carry out the diagnosis of equipment and material needs for training, in collaboration with UCAC-ICAM; b. Support trainers in writing session sheets (first week of training for professional module 1) and designing evaluation situations in the Training Centre; vs. Make trainers aware of their mission to support a young person learning in a company.
