Coordinate the logistical and administrative aspects involved in the development and delivery of EFSA-s Scientific Training Courses Development of eLearning solutions EFSA-s external virtual learning platform support and account maintenance
EFSA currently uses the EU Academy platform (developed and managed by the JRC) as the selected EFSA-s external virtual learning platform to host and disseminate its digital learning content. While the technical maintenance of the platform (e.g., system upgrades, bug fixes, infrastructure) should be managed by the developer of the selected external virtual learning platform, EFSA requires a contractor to support its operational presence and coordinate related activities. The contractor will provide support in the following areas: •Account maintenance and coordination •Support to EFSA SubMEs and contractors (Lots 1 and 2) •Course and content management •Capacity building and promotion
