Tenders are invited for Supply of Youth Start up Kits.

Candlelight with support from FCA is implementing a project titled: Increased

Social-Economic Resilience for Youth and Women in Somaliland, Marodi-Jeex

Region, Hargeisa in six IDPs sites including State House, Sh.Omar, NasaHablood, Cakaara, Digaale, and Mohamed Mooge under Hargeisa district. In this

project.

Candlelight is launching an open local Tender and invites interested suppliers to

tender the following kits/items.

5 Henna, Beautification & Hair style tool kits 32

Bidding will be conducted through open tender procedure.
1. All the Tool Kits are for a Social-Economic Resilience project supported by

FCA

2. All Tool kits to be delivered to Candlelight Hargeisa office Somaliland

3. Please note that the bid prices shall be quoted in USD only

4. The proposal and offers will be selected based on price, in conformance to

quality requirements and delivery timelines

5. All bids, in English language only, must be hand delivered to the office

address mentioned below by 04th August 2019, 2:00 pm, in a sealed

envelope with the tender reference and company name written on the

envelope. Late bids will be rejected without exception. Applicants with

questions regarding this tender should be sent in writing via the address

below by 31st July 2019, 2:00pm.

6. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in

the tender dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be

present at the opening session of tenders

7. The successful bidder shall place a 10% performance bond (bank guarantee)

upon signing the contract

8. The tender documents/ dossier will be available and can be collected from

Candlelight Headquarter office in Hargeisa from 22nd July 2019 to

th August 2019 between 7:30 am – 2:00 pm EAT

9. The deadline for return and submission of bid documents will be 4

th August
