The Gabonese Government has obtained funding from the French Development Agency to finance the cost of investments in the Education sector under the Investment Program in the Education Sector (PISE). It is planned that part of the sums granted under this funding will be used to make the payments provided for the purchase of furniture for establishments built by the PISE project and on-call accommodation for the management staff of said establishments.

The Ministry of National Education in charge of Civic Training requests Offers under closed cover from eligible Bidders for the supply of the products below grouped into four (04) separate lots distributed as follows:


LOT 1: TABLE- BANKS MINI OFFICE FOR COLLEGES
Size: a separate table and chair for a student.

LOT 2: CLASSIC TABLE-BENCHES FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Format: a classic table-bench for two students.

LOT 3: MISCELLANEOUS FURNITURE
Chairs, cupboards, tables.

LOT 4: ALL OTHER FURNITURE
Offices, armchairs, reception rooms, furniture for on-call accommodation.

Interested Bidders can obtain the complete Tender Documents in French at the above address against payment of an amount of 100, 000 FCFA to the account of the Ministry of National Education domiciled at Caisse des Dépôts and Consignments (CDC).

The Instructions to Bidders and the General and Administrative Clauses are those of the Standard Tender Document for the Procurement of Supplies from the French Development Agency.

Offers must be submitted to the above address no later than June 30, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. local time. The Offers must include a guarantee of the Offer for an amount of 2% of the amount of the proposed offer.

The Offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders who wish to do so on June 30, 2020, at 10:00 am at the headquarters of the Project Management Unit located in the Bas de Gué-Gué district (At the old entrance to the French lycée and nearby from the Medi-vision clinic).
