Expression of Interest are invited for Supply of IT Material.
The Aga Khan Education Services (AKES), Mozambique has received a financing from the French Development Agency (AFD), and intends to use part of the funds under the following project: Aga Khan Academy Maputo.

The work involves supply of various IT material (Optical Fibre, UTP CAT 7 A, Datacenter racks and associated accessories) for the academy, currently under construction. AKES hereby invites relevant organisations to show their interest in delivering the above service.

In order to confirm their eligibility for AFD-s financing, interested parties should submit in their Expression of Interest a duly signed Statement of Integrity along with their submission.

Interested parties must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.

1. The applicants should have completed the works of similar nature, for a single lot, exceeding USD 50, 000 per project (at least two projects per year) and aggregating over USD 250, 000 during the last five (5) years, certified by the corresponding client and/or project managers.

2. The applicants should possess relevant trade certifications issued by local regulatory.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) received shall be evaluated on the basis of pre-determined criteria and only those qualifying shall be considered for the next stage of procurement. After preliminary scrutiny of the applications, the firms may be called for an interview and/or their facilities may be visited prior to finalization of the short list. This advertisement does not entail any commitment on the part of AKES or AFD. Any cost of preparation of EOI shall be borne solely by the applicant.

The expressions of interest must be delivered in a sealed envelope, for each Lot, with the lot number and its description, no later than 27th November 2020, 12:00 o-clock at the following address:
