Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Test and Commissioning of 33/11KV Substations and

SCADA System.
The Bid Security Shall be an Amount Not Less than 2% of the Value of the Offer. All Bids Must be Accompanied by a Bid Security.
he objective of the project is to improve the reliability and quality of electricity

supply of South Mahe by building a new transmission network from Roche

Caiman power station to Anse Boileau via East coast and extension of the

existing 33kV network from Dugand to Port Launay via Port Glaud with optimal

cost and minimum duration as possible. The Bidders shall consider

recommending ways and safety measures to be taken during construction. The

different methods to reduce the minimum of the need to de- energize the existing

lines. To be able to shift the contractor teams and equipment in order to continue

work at other sites if the shut –down cannot be granted for the requested period

at the requested dates and how minimum in terms of length of the shut-down the

required interruption shall be kept. It is required to design, provide training/factory

visits, procure, supply to site, install, test and commission new substations and

transmission network emanating from Roche Caiman Power Station to enhance

the electricity supply of South Mahe and improve overall system reliability. The

Tender has two lots. These are:

Lot-1: Supply, Installation, Test and Commissioning of 33KV and 11KV Under

Ground Transmission / Distribution line

Lot-2: Supply, Installation, Test and Commissioning of 33/11KV Substations and

SCADA System
