1. This invitation to tender follows the general notice of project procurement published on the Bank's website Islamic Development in April 2015.

2. The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) for the "Construction and Equipment of the Technical School of Maroua and the CETIC of Nsam in Yaounde" in the framework of the project called "Project of Technical Secondary Education (PEST) ", and intends to use part of the funds to make payments under the contract for the Supply in two separate lots, of didactical equipments of the Technical Techniques of the Technical High School. of
Maroua (Lot N ° 1) and CETIC of Nsam in Yaoundé (Lot N ° 2). It is now seeking the sealed bids of eligible bidders in the framework of the International Call for Tender No. 009/19 / AOIO-PM / MINESEC-UGPEST / CIPM / 2019 of 05 MARCH 2019.
• Allotment:
- Lot 2: Supply, installation, commissioning and training of users of the equipment of the Industrial Technical Divisions of CETIC de Nsam in Yaoundé.
• Estimated delivery periods per lot are:

3. The bid will be submitted in accordance with International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the May 2009 Guidelines of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) revised in February 2012 for the procurement of goods and works under the financing of the Islamic Development Bank, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Guidelines.

4. Interested bidders may obtain additional information and review the Tender Documents upon publication of this Notice. The bidding documents can be consulted during working hours at the PEST project, located on the 1st floor of the Ecole de Police pharmacy building, facing the MRS petrol station.
