11.Provisional Bond New(Addendum)

Under penalty of rejection, each tenderer must attach in its administrative documents, a tender bond established by a bank or a first-rate financial institution approved by the Minister in charge of finance and whose list appears in document 12 of the DAO, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers, in the amount of four million two hundred thousand (4, 200, 000) CFA francs.
