Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Network of Permanent Stations for the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR).

1. This international call for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice AGPM No. 011/2016 / OTR / CG / PAGFI / RPM of 06 June 2016, published on 08 June 2016 in the daily newspaper national Togo-Presse, June 10, 2016 in UNDB Online and on the website of the African Development Bank Group.

2. The Government of the Togolese Republic obtained from the African Fund of

Development (ADF) under the Transition Support Facility (TAF), a grant and loan in various currencies, for the financing of the Tax Governance Support Project (PAGFI). It is intended that a portion of the proceeds of the donation will be allocated to the eligible regulations forming part of the contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of a network of permanent stations for the benefit of the Togolese Office of the

Recipes (OTR).

3. The Togolese Revenue Office (OTR) through the Implementation Unit of the Support Project

to Tax Governance hereby invites eligible interested bidders

to offer their offers under closed envelopes for the supply, installation and implementation of

service of a network of permanent stations. All the material consists of a single batch consisting of:

a) Two (02) GNSS antennas

b) Two (02) GNSS receivers

c) Two (02) radios

d) One (01) 42 U rack with KVM and accessories

e) Two (02) routers

f) Two (02) servers

g)Deux (02) switchs

h)Un (01) firewall

i) One (01) GNSS software for the Control Center

j) One (01) laptop

k) Six (06) polycrystalline solar panels of 250 wc including supports, cables and junction boxes;

l) One (01) hybrid solar inverter with integrated MPPT regulator 24V / 1 Kva;

m) Two (02) Sealed 12V / 60 Ah C20 solar cell batteries with connection cable;

n) One (01) DC arrester box;

o) One (01) AC arrester box;

p) One (01) electrical box 8 to 16 modules;

q) One (01) type 2 In 20kA Imax surge arrester 40 kA with their disconnecting circuit breaker;

r) One (01) 16 A / 30 mA differential bipolar circuit breaker;

s) One (01) DPN 10A circuit breaker;

t) One (01) lightning triggering lightning rod including lightning counter and all installation accessories;

u) One (01) Metal box of 1600 * 500 * 500 (mm) that can contain all solar equipment;

v) One (01) 5 KVA generator with automatic diverter;

w) One (01) inverter of 5 KVA.

Only variations on the turnaround time are allowed. The delivery and installation of the equipment is: 22. The period of execution of the contract is twenty (20) weeks maximum (including installation and commissioning).

5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased by interested tenderers at the address indicated above against payment of a non-refundable fee of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA francs for the entire Tender File.
