Expression of Interest are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Fourth Cigar at the LPG Filling Centre in Maroua Department of Diamare, Extreme Nord Region

The services covered by this Notice of Solicitation for expression of Interest include the supply, installation and commissioning of a fourth cigar at the LPG filling center of Maroua, Department of Diamaré, Far North Region. These services are broken down as follows:
2.1. For the preliminary work, they include:
- on-site readings for the “BPC” plan;
- preparation of the execution file;
- mobilization and demobilization;
- the installation of the site;
- the preparation of plans for the execution file and the end of business file.
2.2. for the supply of equipment, it concerns in particular:
- one (01) equipped cigar (watering crown);
- two (02) 3 '' FR series 300 lbs hydraulic flanged valves;
- two (02) 2 '' FR series 300 lbs hydraulic flanged valves;
- five (05) 3 '' RF flanged ball valves 300 lbs series;
- three (03) 2 '' RF flanged ball valves 300 lbs series;
- one (01) ball valve ¾ '';
- two (02) thermal expansion valves;
- one (01) equipped purge bursting balloon;
- one (01) set of stainless steel liners and accessories diameter 12 mm for connection to the
hydraulic circuit ;
- all piping, fittings, gaskets and threaded rods, equipotential bonding braids for
connection ;
- transport and handling.
2.3. for civil engineering work, this involves:
- extension work on the retention basin;
- the massive construction work for the 4 th cigar;
- construction work for additional sleepers for the extension of the LPG and DCI manifolds.
2.4. for assembly and piping work, this involves:
- fitting the new cigar;
- the movement of the crinoline ladder;
- the prefabrication and installation of the roof footbridge extension on the cigars, above the new cigar;
- the installation of valves and accessories on a new cigar;
- the extension of the LPG and DCI collector;
- connecting the new cigar to the manifolds.
