5. The Tender Document in French can be consulted free of charge or purchased by any interested bidder by submitting a written request to the above email address against a non-refundable payment of fifty thousand (50, 000) CFA Francs. 6. Offers must be submitted to the Project Management Unit (PMU), located at the address:
