Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Digital Printing Chain to the Societe DE Presse ET D Editions Du Cameroon (SOPECAM)
Consistency of services
The services covered by this International Call for Tenders consist of:
¾ The supply of a digital printing line in accordance with the special technical clauses (CCTP);
¾ The installation of the equipment provided in a room prepared for this purpose;
¾ Commissioning of the equipment;
¾ Training in the operation and maintenance of the equipment of:
two (02) prepress operators
two (02) conductors
three (03) maintenance agents
¾ Supply of operating inputs for a production of 45, 000 sheets;
¾ The supply of a set of spare parts for a production of 2, 500, 000 sheets.
Tender payment receipt, to account N ° 335 988 opened at the International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC) in favor of the Special Allocation Account (CAS ARMP), of the non-refundable sum of one hundred and fifty thousand (150, 000) CFA francs.
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a refundable tender bond produced by a first-rate financial institution, approved by the Ministry in charge of finance of Cameroon (see list in Exhibit 12), in the amount of six million ( 6, 000, 000) CFA francs, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the expiry date of the offers.
