Quotation are invited for Supply of Twenty-Four (24) Folding Waterproof Tents.
Specifications for items per LOT that will be supplied

EVALUATION CRITERIA
SUBMIT ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS (A MUST AND A COMPANY MISSING ANY DOCUMENT WILL BE DISQUALIFIED)
Copy of Business Registration certificate or Certificate of domestic Company Registration from RDB allowing the company to Supply the above items.

Copy of VAT certificate if your company is registered to Pay taxes

Valid tax clearance certificate (attestation de non-creance) from Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
a) All IT Equipment suppliers should provide written guarantee of the materials at least for one year (In case of technical form factor damage, the supplier will replace the damaged IT material with the new one) all supplies should be genuine NOT Refurbished.
b) Submit a catalog or photo of each item to be supplied for comparison
c) Specify the delivery time in Business days for total quantity ordered after approval of the sample?
ü Submit a Total price with delivery at SFH warehouse, Kacyiru?
NOTE: The awarding will be based on the best offer scored both (Technically and financially) on each Item submitted.

Quotation should be addressed to: “SFH/RWANDA – CDC EQUIPMENT’’
Quote should include the following information:
Name of your company

Address & telephone number of your company

Legible name and signature of person submitting quote

Official company stamp (if any)

Number of proforma

Company’s VAT number/Where applicable

VAT (18%) should be calculated separately

Exact specifications and details of items being quoted

Itemized budget corresponding to the proforma.

Instructions for submission of quote/proforma:
Quote request should be submitted on printed company letter head, whenever possible alongside the above requirements and any other supporting documents deemed necessary.
Deadline for submission at SFH Rwanda reception in order to be considered:
Please submit your sealed quotation at SFH/ Rwanda reception, Kacyiru not later than Thursday 12th December 2019 at 10h00.
