Tenders are invited for Supply of Equipment for the Cold Chain of the National Blood Transfusion Center.

1. The C2D Santé Project Coordination Unit (UCP C2D Santé) has obtained funds under the Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D) between France and Côte d`Ivoire, to finance the Reinforcement Project. of the Health System 2, and to use part of these funds to make payments under the contract for the supply of equipment for the cold chain of the National Blood Transfusion Center.

2. UCP C2D Santé solicits closed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required for the supply of equipment for the cold chain of the National Blood Transfusion Center.

This call for tenders is composed of two (02) lots.

3. The award of the contract will be conducted by open invitation to tender as defined in the Code des Marches Publics Article 56, and open to all eligible candidates.

Tenders must include a provisional bond established by a bank, a financial institution or a third party approved by the Minister of Finance in the amount of:

Bidders will remain committed to their offer for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission of bids.

8. As soon as the award decision is confirmed, the Contracting Authority will publish the award decision in the Official Public Procurement Bulletin and post it on its premises and will make available to tenderers the analysis report of the Bid Opening and Tendering Committee (OCOG), which guided the award to the above address.

9. The contracts resulting from this invitation to tender will be subject to stamp and registration formalities and the regulatory fee (0.5% of the amount excluding market taxes) at the expense of the holders.
