Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration and Testing of Equipment Using Materials for the Establishment of a Local Area Network (LAN), Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Telephone System and CCTV Security Surveillance System.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the
address below between the hours 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays and five days
before bid submission deadline. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of SLL 500, 000 into the following bank:

Prebid meeting is scheduled for 2:00pm on the 15th of January 2020 at the address provided
below.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 pm on the 22nd of January
2020. All bids must be accompanied by:
? True copies of at least two similar or same contracts and or Local Purchase Orders
with individual contract value not less than SLL 200, 000, 000, successfully executed
within the last five years.
? List of institutions for which similar work has been done within the last five years.
? True copy of a valid Business registration certificate
? A valid Bid Security of SLL 20, 000, 000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
? True copy of a valid tax clearance certificate;
? True copy of a valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
? A duly signed Integrity Pact, which forms part of the bidding document.
? True copy of a valid Municipal License (City Council)
? One original and three copies neatly bound must be submitted.
Bids will be publicly opened on the 22nd January 2020 at 2:15 pm prompt, in the presence of
the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address
