Supply & Delivery of Earthing Materials into MZEC Inventory & Warehouse located in SUMAIL,

JALAN BANI BU ALI and NIZWA.

2- The offered product must be provided with 1 year warranty, quoted with more than 1 year will be

calculated as advantage.

3- Mazoon has the right to order from other suppliers if contracted Supplier” failed to provide items

as per contract term& conditions and the cost will borne on contracted supplier.

4- Delivery period will be calculated after call of order confirmation.

5- Offloading of items in MZEC Warehouses is always under supplier responsibility, In case If not

provided services for offloading MZEC will use its own service for offloading and the incurred cost

will be borne on contracted supplier.

6- Supplier has to provide factory audit visit for two Inventory Team with free of cost.

7- Always Supplier has to follow MZEC Health & Safety Procedures while entry in MZEC warehouse,

while operating equipments and always skilled manpower to carryout offloading process to

complete the order.
The bidder shall enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for value of (1%) from the total quotation value and addressed to the chairperson of the (SCM), Mazoon Electricity Company. Any offer value above R.O. 20, 000 not includes (1%) bid bond will be rejected
