Tenders are invited for Supply, Works, Installation and Commissioning of the Three Powered Mini-Grids by 3 Hybrid Photovoltaic Power Stations (with Emergency Generator).
The Fondation Energies pour le Monde (Fondem) received funding from the French Development Agency (Fonds Français pour l`Environnement Mondial ) To cover the cost of the PEHGUI project and intends to allocate part of the financing to market-related payments FOND AMI 2017/01 Lot 1 & Lot 2 for the supply, works, installation and commissioning of the three powered mini-grids By 3 hybrid photovoltaic power stations (with emergency generator). It acts as delegated project manager on behalf of the Guinean Agency for Rural Electrification.

This contract will be jointly financed by the French Global Environment Facility (FFEM), ADEME, the Nexans Foundation, CRIF and ECREEE.

The PEHGUI project aims to electrify the locality of Kouramangui (Labé region, Guinea) by installing three photovoltaic mini-power plants with additional generating sets and the deployment of 3 associated mini-distribution networks . A private operator for the entire site comprising the three power stations will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the electrical infrastructure and will provide a service to approximately 400 subscribers on the project horizon.

The Employer intends to pre-qualify contractors and / or companies for the supply, installation and commissioning of the infrastructure required in the Labé region of Guinea:

-3 mini-LV transport networks And distribution networks (about 20 km BT), Including brackets, conductors and protections.

-3 solar power stations and associated components for a cumulative installed power of approximately 100 kWp, each with a backup generator set of power between 20 and 50 kVA.

-A Kouramangui, complete supply and installation of LV distribution networks (including conductors, cables, protective devices, supports, fastening systems, ...)
