Tenders are invited for Supply of Block Moulding Machines, Sewing Machines, and Grinding Machines for Women and Youths Empowerment in Epe Lga, Lagos State.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT

To be eligible for this tender exercises, interested tenders are requested to submit the following documents:

(i) Verifiable evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

(ii) Verifiable Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years, 2014, 2015, 2016 expiring December 2017

(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate from Pension Commission (Pencom) expiring December 2017

(iv) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance certificate expiring December 2017

(v) Evidence of current National Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate expiring December 2017

(vi) Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement BPP

(vii) Verifiable evidence of financial support from a reputable Bank

(viii) Sworn affidavit declaring whether any officer of NDE or BPP is a former or present stakeholder or has any pecuniary interest in the company

(ix) Sworn affidavit affirming that none of the Directors of the Company has been convicted for any criminal offence

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

(i) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs executed in the last three (3) years

(ii) Verifiable evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies

Interested Consultant shall submit one original and One Photocopy of their Expression in a sealed envelope clearly stating the name of the project and the Lot number.
