The Government of Senegal and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) have signed a financing agreement for the implementation of Phase II of the PUDC. The Government has requested UNDP technical assistance for procurement according to the modalities mentioned. in the disclaimer stated on page 2. The award of contracts, the signing and management ofincluding any possible claims are the sole responsibility of PUDC acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Government of Senegal.
