Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Medical Equipment, Consumables and Reagents at the Central Laboratory Service at the General Hospital of Yaounde.

1. Object

The General Director of Yaoundé General Hospital launches a National Open Call for Emergency Procedure for the supply and installation of medical equipment, consumables and reagents to the Central Laboratory Service at Yaounde General Hospital as detailed in point 2 .
2. Consistency of the services

The services of this tender include the supply and installation of medical equipment, consumables and reagents to the Central Laboratory Service and related services such as setting up and testing and training of user and maintenance personnel.
3. Estimated cost

The estimated budget is CFAF 48 600 000 (forty-eight million six hundred thousand).
4. Delivery time

The maximum delivery time of the supplies provided by the Client is three (03) months from the date of notification of the service order.
5. Participation and origin

Participation in this invitation to tender is reserved for companies located in Cameroon and having experience in the supply of this type of goods.
6. Financing

The services subject of this call for tenders are financed by the operating budget of the General Hospital of Yaoundé, Imputation: 610320, Financial year 2019

10. Admissibility of tenders

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of the tenders. The amount of the deposit is: 900 000 (nine hundred thousand FCA francs
