Tenders are invited for Supply and installation of IT tools to enhance network security system.

All bids for both Lot 1&2 “shall†be accompanied by original Bid Security of two hundred ten thousand Rwandan francs (210, 000 RWF) and two million two million two hundred thousand Rwandan francs (2, 200, 000 RWF) respectively. Bid security should be issued by a local bank or a registered insurance company in Rwanda.
Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office at the address mentioned above not later than 07/10/2016 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected irrespective of circumstances.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 07/10/2016 at 10:30 am local time in Administration and Logistics Department meeting place 4th floor.
