The Government of the Republic of Madagascar has received a credit from the International Association for Development to finance the Integrated Growth Poles Project (ICP). Part of the This credit will be used for payments related to the contract subject of this notice. 2. The PIC Project is soliciting closed bids from eligible bidders responding to qualifications required for Drilling Equipment, Plants and Equipment, Equipment solar and electromechanical irrigation equipment in the region ATSIMO ANDREFANA, distributed 02 separate lots: Lot 1: AGNATOKY SITE, COMMUNITY OF ANALAMISAMPY, DISTRICT OF TOLIARA II Lot 2: SITE ANALATELO, COMMON ANTANIMIEVA, BEFANDRIANA ATSIMO, DISTRICT DE MOROMBE 3. The turnaround time is Six (06) months. 4. The procurement will be conducted by National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with Guidelines for Procurement through IBRD Loans and Credits and Donations AID ", January 2012 edition revised in July 2014 and is open to all country bidders eligible as defined in the Directives. 5. Interested bidders may obtain information from the PIC project and take knowledge of the complete tender dossier in French by making a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of FIFTY MILE ARIARY (50, 000 RA). To be qualified, bidders must be able to demonstrate successful completion at least 50 boreholes including 4 similar drillings for a minimum depth of 150 m and shall meet the other requirements described in the tender documents. 7. Tenders must be submitted to the address below by 17 September 2018 at ten (10) o'clock. Electronic submission is not allowed. Discounted offers late will not be accepted. 8.
