Tenders are invited for Supply and installation of electrical and mechanical equipment essential for the construction of a biofiltration type wastewater treatment plant on site, with a capacity of around 30, 000 m3 / day near the Indénié crossroads, Abidjan.
1. 2. The Government of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire has obtained funding from the Kuwaiti Arab Economic Development Fund (FKDEA) amounting to nine million (9, 000, 000) Kuwaiti dinars, or approximately seventeen billion one hundred sixty-three million eight hundred fifteen thousand five hundred

3. The services of consultants under this contract include, without being exhaustive:

- the direction of studies and works: (i) approval and approval of execution files; (ii) works management; (iii) monitoring and control of works; (iv) environmental monitoring and surveillance and (v) quality control;

- assistance with work acceptance operations (AOR);

- capacity building of the staff responsible for implementing the Project in the PABC Management Unit and other stakeholders.
4. The Management Unit of the Project for the Protection and Development of Cocody Bay and the Ebrié Lagoon (UG-PABC) invites Kuwaiti Consultants,

Ivorians and other international firms, to apply to provide the services defined above. A preference margin of 5% will be granted to consultants who will have a partnership with a Kuwaiti firm which will be the agent of the grouping and whose share will not be less than 51%. Interested consultants must produce information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.). Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered a minimum requirement for the assignment:

• at least ten (10) years of general experience in the field of studies as well as monitoring & control of civil engineering works;

• monitoring and control of the works of at least one (01) construction project of a biofiltration type wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of at least 20, 000 m3 / day, during the last ten years;
