Technical Scope of Project

Summary:

The scope of this project is to provide (furnish, install and fully deploy) all hardware (various types of IP Cameras, Wireless link, NVR, UPS, Screens, infrastructure, cabling, wireless link for a fully operational IP based Video Surveillance system at UNHCR Regional Offic.'e Kinshasa end its annex office as defined in the following project components:

• Cabling system;

• Full physical deployment of NVR, IP/IR Cameras, Screens and other

networks components;

• Grounding system less than 50, examined by Megger or any qualified

grounding tester;

• Testing procedures by standard testing device (Fluke) verifying all required variations;

The project will conform to established communications standards; ANSI/TIA 568-C.2 and ISO 11801; Class EA Specifications. While the entire project will be closely monitored by UNHCR Project Manager, any revision of the project should be approved by UNHCR from security and technical points of view.
