The Compagnie Energie Electrique du TOGO (CEET) has received funding from the French Development Agency (AFD), the European Union (EU) and the German Cooperation through KfW to cover the cost of the Project. Extension of the Lomé Electricity Network, and intends to allocate part of the financing to payments relating to the contract for the installation of a telecontrol system for the Lomé distribution network. The Client intends to pre-qualify entrepreneurs and / or companies to propose and implement solutions. The tool must consist of a SCADA installed in the BCC, a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) in the five source stations (Lomé A, B, C, D and Headquarters) to be connected to the BCC and Remote Controlled Maneuvering Devices ( OMT) in distribution stations.
