Tenders are invited for .Supply and Delivery of Stationery Materials and Equipment to Kanye Administrative Authority
Bidders must, in order to be eligible for consideration for award of this contract, submit copies of the following:

Registration Certificate of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) Code: 211 - General Supplies;

(a) Sub-Code: 02 - Stationery,

(b) Sub-Code: 03 - Art and Crafts,

(c) Sub-Code: 05 - Textile, Fabrics and Related Items,

(d) Sub-Code: 07 - Sports and Recreation Equipment, Spares and Accessories,

(e) Sub-Code: 09 - Lab Equipment, Spares and Accessories and

(f) Sub-Code: 19 - Hardware Tools and Construction Materials
Bidding Documents will be available for purchase from 9th March, 2020 during working hours between 0730 hours and 1245 hours and from 1345

hours to 1630 hours, from the Education Department at King George, upon presentation of receipt of a non-refundable tender fee of P200.00 (Two

Hundred Pula only) paid at the Revenue Office located at King George. Youth owned companies shall buy Tender Documents at half the original

price. PI 00.00 (One Hundred Pula only) (upon presentation of proof of company ownership and National Identity Cards (Omang).

Tender offers should be submitted in three (3) sets; one (1) marked “Original” and two (2) marked “Copies” in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked:

‘Tender No. KAA/ED/01/2020 — Supply and Delivery of Stationery Materials and Equipment to Kanye Administrative Authority”, and addressed

to: The Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Private Bag MK 07, Kanye.

These shall be submitted in the Tender Box at LAP AD Secretary` Office, King George, Kanye, not later than 0900 hours on 30th March, 2020.

Thereafter, tender offers will be opened in the Conference Room in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex or faxed tender offers will not be considered nor will tender offers received after 0900 hours of the closing date be accepted.
