1. This Notice of invitation to tender follows the General Procurement Notice published in the newspaper N ° 7161 of 28 January 2019 and on the public procurement web portal of 25 January 2019.
2. The Beninese Electric Power Corporation (SBEE), acting as agent of the Government of the Republic of Benin, has provided, as part of the implementation of its budget 2019, funds from the autonomous budget, to finance the acquisition of certain equipment, materials and supplies and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Procurement Contracts and the transport of natural gas via the West African Gas Pipeline in favor of the SBEE to supply the 127, 205MW dual fuel thermal power plant located at the Maria-Gleta site in the Commune of Abomey-Calavi, which will be concluded after a procurement procedure.
3.
