Description : The GPSS require the Contractor (s) for the Supply and Delivery of Diesel fired incinerator, with 1000 liter fuel tank and 6m chimney (from floor). Specifications: Combustion Chamber Volume: 1.92 m3 Metal thickness: 4 mm. Operational temperature: 850°C Gas retention: 2 seconds Burn Rate: up to 250kg per hour Fuel consumption: 20 - 25 ltrs per hour Average Ash. Residue (%): 3% Thermostatic Device Door Size (m): 2.04 x 1.06m. Dimensions (L x W x H): 3.07m x 1.37m x 4.39m Shipping Weight (kg): 5000 kg EU Emissions Compliant, CE Certified: Plug & Play, CE-2 Control Panel IP65 Robust Components 316 Stainless thermocouples Separate primary /secondary control Dual HT Thermocouples that allows complete control of primary & secondary chamber temperatures via the control panel. Low NOx Oil Burner Primary Chamber: Chamber designed for maximum air flow and circulation which in turn improves efficiency and total burn time. Chimney Stack: Stainless steel stack for longevity. Minimum 3m stack height. Fitted with dispersion cap as standard. Secondary Chamber: retains and re-burns the exhaust gases for minimum of 2 seconds at 850°C to meet EU guidelines Ash door: floating ash door design, rigid and can be opened safely during operation.
