Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Building Materials, Tools and Equipment to Palapye Administrative Authority
Bidders shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be appropriately licensed to trade in building materials and be in possession of requisite documentation according to the Laws of Botswana. Bidders should be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) in the following category:

• Code: 211 - General Supplies,

• Sub-Code: 19 - Hardware, Tools and Construction Materials,

• Code: 213 - General Manufactures/Producers,

• Sub-Code: 07 - Construction Products (Including Bricks, Paving Slabs, etc.),

• Code: 213 - General Manufactures/Producers,

• Sub-Code: 08 - Hardware Products.
A non-refundable tender fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) must be paid to Treasury Department, Revenue Office Administration Centre made out in favour of the Palapye Administrative Authority prior to collecting the Tender Documents. Youth to pay P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty-Five Pula only). Youth owned companies are to produce valid Omang and Shareholder С receipt will be required during collection of the document.
